Project Objectives
To build Mugafi as the next big creator hub of India where creators enrol and create content for further monetisation. Sell finishing programs and tie-up with studios for content co-creation.
Challenge
India has a lot of self-made digital creators. People don’t consider it important to take formal courses or enrol on platforms to become a creator. Therefore, the enrolment numbers were low. The issue was credibility since it’s a startup.
Solution
As a creator hub, we focused on creating viral content to gain popularity, get followers, and create awareness amongst the target audience.

• More than 100k followers in 6 months across all platforms
• 25% conversions through organic inbound leads
